Jay Katz was born in Israel and lived there til he was 6 and then moved to Paris and lived for seven years. After that he moved to Boston, Massachusetts. After graduating high school, he attended UMASS Amherst and majored in Political science and minored in Spanish. He has worked in retail and the restaurant business for most of his life. He then became a corporate trainer for Planet Hollywood in the bar department and got to do a lot of their openings which he really enjoyed and led him to his current position as concierge/event manager.
