Born in Livingston, NJ, Lauren received degrees in both economics and psychology at Emory University. In the early 1990s, Lauren worked at Mattel in Los Angeles, where her responsibilities included casting demonstrators for major trade shows. Lauren founded Impact Productions in 1993 with the motto “Exceed client expectations every time.” On her success in the event industry Lauren explains, “I am most proud of the amazing team that I have the great fortune to work with every day, and of the feedback our clients give regarding our work. That alone makes it worthwhile.” Lauren and her husband David have two daughters, Julia and Olivia.
