A graduate of Pennsylvania State University, Tracey began her career in event planning in 1996.  Since then, Tracey has seen Impact grow from early beginnings to a major corporate event firm with a client list including Viacom, IBM and Merck. In addition, her leadership role with Impact's largest client has resulted in Impact being awarded that client's prestigious 5-Star Vendor Award.  Tracey’s loyalty and experience were rewarded when she was promoted to a Partner and Executive Producer in 2000.  In her free time, Tracey enjoys shopping, shopping and more shopping.
